- If Christianity (or Islam) were true, the religion should've appeared in other areas around the world in complete cultural isolation from biblical locales. Such evidence would point toward a universal truth, an omnipresent God, but as we well know, God suspiciously obeys man made borders and does not reveal Himself until men arrive with books first.

Some people don't get the "fetch me some blankets" line. It's referring to some cases in which blankets infested with smallpox were given to the natives as "gifts". Dark humor, I know, but this channel has always been a dark matter.

So does that mean all missionaries have to be killed on sight and their literature burned without anyone reading it in order to be saved or would that mean awareness and deliberate ignorance and thus sending out missionaries is one of the worst things you can do as sending them out dooms the people to damnation?

This is a theological debate called Inclusivism vs Exclusivism and questions precisely what happens in the anecdote.
Some Christians theologists have argued you can't go to heaven if you weren't Christian, even if you never heard of it in your entire life, that's Exclusivism. Others say, if you never heard of Christ then you still go to heaven, because you were innocent and unknowing thus can't be held to the standards of Christians. Inclusivism.

I remember some one asking in Bible School when I was a kid, "what happens to people in parts of the World who just don't know about Jesus." and the bible studies teacher said that they go to hell and this is why we need to spread the word of God and save these people. This rang to me as wrong.

Ignorance saves. You spread Gods Word because it brings development and it brings purpose and makes God happy.
No one comes to the Father except through me. He never said that was in earth. When people back then went to the place of resting or the place of torment that Jesus when He was crucified took them out of, it was because "no man can see Me and live" it was like a turning a light on in a closet, the darkness has no choice but to scatter. The light isn't good and the darkness isnt bad they're just two separate states of matter that do different things. We are now literally covered by the blood of Christ kind of like a shield and now we can appear before God because if there was any sin around God and sin is transgression of the law, so it's anything that isn't of God and since God created everything "I created good I create evil, I'm the God of Light I'm the God of dark" if there's things that God says don't define him and that happens to be a by-product of free will, if there is any "sin" in us when we're around him, we are ripped to shreds I think literally like our soul is ripped to shreds. We can appear now that we have a covering or a shield put around us from the crucifixion which just doubled to show what love is the mechanism itself isn't as relevant he could have just put a shield on us and snapped his fingers but he chose to show what love was the crucifixion. So if God created people knowing they're going to hell that's pretty dark that's like as bad as you can get, and even if you argue that's according to man's concepts of what is good and evil man's concepts of what is good and evil fundamentally come from judeo-christian values. If the Bible is true and you can trace everyone's lineage back to Adam and then back to Noah. So no people in other areas don't go to hell because some white dude didn't go over there. I am new to this channel. It has given me a sense of peace. I have a so called religious family ( lots of pastor's with Church's and elderly folk) that believe the bible is the end all be all. I have never been able to finish it in it's entirety. It just doesn't make any sense to me. For that, I was led to believe that there was something was wrong me. I am very grateful to know that I am not the only one who can recognize the actual bullshit and are not afraid to put it in a context that even the most stubborn person couldn't ignore. Thanks!

Same story too. I grew up an Atheist, then some Christians tries tried to convert me as a teen, then I broke away from it when our beliefs would clash. I went back to being an Atheist.

I’d like to see a story told through the eyes of “the devil” without the audience knowing. I think he would appear as the protagonist. Especially stories like the garden where the serpent appears to only tell the truth yet god appears to be lying. Any thoughts?

I'm an atheist. If I were an all powerful god, I wouldn't want to reveal myself to anyone. After creating the universe, Earth, and all the people on it, I would rather cover all tracks of my work in order to make my existence impossible to prove. Maybe I would just left few contradictory hints for those specifically looking for me, like in the form of old book. And then, since I'm omnipotent, I would turn myself into an embrio, at the precise time and place of my own conception. I would made myself forget everything, and prevented from ever accessing any god-like powers until the time of my death. That's precisely what I would do.
That's a really elaborate way of insinuating the fallibility of humanity. I like it.

Sure, I could create something and indulge myself with that, but that's no different than hallucination. I could magically make myself feel good, since I'm omnipotent, but that's no better than doing heroin just to feel normal for a moment. I would know, I was there. No purpose, no change, no hope, like an eternal prison of my own mind. Being god is my definition of hell. So of course I would do anything to escape from that, even if just for a lifetime.

I still don't get why god doesn't beam himself to earth (not as a carpenter, but with his true form) and reveal himself to all humans. Maybe do some cool magic Tricks to prove he's really the omnipotent being he claims to be. It would take him literally only 5 Minutes of his eternal life and he would instantly crush atheism and every other wrong religion.
Yeah you're missing the point, i'm not really religious (I consider myself a muslim) but that's how I understand it:
If god shows up and reveals himself infront of everyone, then everyone would be religious and believe in him, he doesn't roll like that, so he basically allows humans to live a mortal life as a test, you either believe his existance and follow a moral and right path, or you don't.
Personally, I believe people have some reason not to believe in him, it really doesn't matter, just live a healthy non-sinful life and i'm sure he'll forgive you, you'll be judged by your actions, not if you believe he exists or not.

Which basically means god does not discriminate between people, only by their deeds. :)
