this really humanized the sexual energy i've had at silent meditation retreats. everytime I've had an explosion of both sexual and creative energy during retreats and I thought it was just my mind trying to be more stimulated. I'm excited for this journey now!
I recently have begun working with a reiki practitioner. It’s been to say the very least incredibly awakening. As suspected sacral and throat chakras were blocked, in our second session there was a release of energy that I had never experienced. This practice brought me back to those feelings. Thank you so much Jessica for sharing your practice and helping me on my journey 🙏🏼

HI Jessica, Could you perhaps talk a little about receiving the creative inspiration? In this video, you talked about generation creative energy for a specific process. All I can tell you is that I am no FAP, no dating, and no sex! I am satisfied living celibate and abstinent. How that translates into energy I don't know, but I am ok as I am now.

I stopped sex and masturbation for a period of time and my meditations improved unbelievably. Ironically my sex drive seemed to get lower with time.

I have felt out of sorts recently (not sure if it is the alignment of planets or what) and have had too much energy and have had a hard time focusing and being as creative as I typically am...
I usually use creativity in my work and in my life and it just hasn't been there recently.
For some reason I lost the connection between my body and my mind/brain... but your practice has helped me tremendously!
I always saw sexual energy and creativity as two completely separate things... the first was more *pent up* energy that got in the way of the second. I see how interconnected they are now.

I never thought about that I love poetry and canvas I never thought about harnessing my sexuality into art I haven’t had any sex In well over a year I’m going to try that harnessing that energy creating

Wow, I felt really relaxed after this.
So all these months later, this has become a daily practice. I’m a songwriter and doing my best to put this to use. In the meantime, it feels like my entire approach to sex is changing. Thank you again for this video!

Is it ok to have fantasies which are not likely to come true?
In the Theatre of the Mind, fantasies can be useful constructs on the path to Higher Consciousness.
As long as you are not harming anymore, or yourself, it's okay.

Thx for you thoughts. I'm curious to see how this practice aids my creative contemplative thought, which I currently perceive of, as being 'divine thought' external to my being, my brain/body - just being a doorway through which to perceive the creative imagination. Its just Romantic age thinking i know. I just saw the sexual energy as colour or genre..or artistic stereotype. I wonder what will happen with this when you prep the body. How has it helped you?

Wow, I always just thought I was horny 😂 and of course, I was brought up that this energy or acting on it was sinful... I'm a Very Creative person, a writer of music, poetry, which is simply words yet to be put to music, and Holistically inquisitive, thanks to the 3 tribes that flow through me... So, thank you for this enlightening experience
When I first read Allen Ginberg's 'Howl' many years ago, one of the lines that stood out for me and introduced the idea that sex can be spiritual was, "Holy, the cocks of the grandfathers of Kansas!"
