sir great MAY ALLAH BLESS YOU few days left for my practical performance on same topic so i tried to clear my concepts from kisner therapeutic book but it went confusing as soon as i found your video i was like yar ye tou book jesa parhara or kitna acha explain karra literally you EXPLAINED SO AMAZING and also keeping BOOK CONCEPTS SAME AS THAT BOOK will watch ur vids onwards 🤎
Sir your presentation was awesome the way you explained was crystal clear if i would see this vide before my practical exam that is more than enough for the whole year 👌
Your content very very nice ...precise to the point and exactly what needs to be heard and learnt... please be more active...this is a application comment and motivation if you need you'll 💯% grow
That depends on patients strength of muscles. In range where patient has good strength you can give mild resistance and where no strength you can assist to complete the pattern.
D1 flex and D1 extension saat saat ek round me krte h ya alg alg yani phle d1 flx kiya or us k baad d1 extension . Or kitni der tak krte h agr upper limb ka krte h D1 flx ext D2 flx ext
Not in initial stage, first you need to increase the tone of the muscle by different techniques like body weight compression technique , and once tone is increasing you can use this technique to break the patterns developed
As per ACSM while doing flexibility after warm-up and hold its for 10-15 seconds initially and later 15-30sec for 10-15 reps. 2-3 days/WK (but 7 days/wk is more beneficial)
Yes we can exercise above 90 with precautions to prevent dislocation. PNF pattern is formed in such a way that even scapular muscles can be activated with same. So for initial recovery it will work for whole shoulder complex.
i have done bpt in India now i came uk here iam studying msc psychology so i want to do physiotherapy job in uk how can do apply here in nhs can you gide me pls

Can we use in flaccid stage?
Yes, it can be effective if you are using correct positioning and compression techniques
Lower limb at 5:20
If I am doing d1 flexion or d1extension than minimum how many repetition is tho performs and it's to perform in rythm?
Yes it has to be not only rhythmic but you have to follow all the principles of PNF. And repetitions can be 10-15
As per ACSM while doing flexibility after warm-up and hold its for 10-15 seconds initially and later 15-30sec for 10-15 reps. 2-3 days/WK (but 7 days/wk is more beneficial)
Sir for us they didn't teach pre stretch. So is it correct? which one should I follow
Pre stretch is very important when it comes to activate more muscle fibers.
Thanks a lot sir❤️
🙌🏻🙌🏻you are welcome. Keep sharing and commenting
If patient could not able to perform so we have to perform manually is it ok to perform manually
Yes, this technique can be used passively , actively as well active assisted
Isnot you breaking the movement by changing the hand placement sir ?
No.as far as one hand is that placed at same place we can change another hand for comfortable position
Can we exercise shoulder joint above 90 in flacid stage?. what about the Scapulohumeral rythm sir?
Yes we can exercise above 90 with precautions to prevent dislocation. PNF pattern is formed in such a way that even scapular muscles can be activated with same. So for initial recovery it will work for whole shoulder complex.
@@Physiotrendz2990 thank you sir
How many times we have to do this for better results
This is done by therapist. Can not be done on self alone
Much obliged 👍🏻
👍👍😁
Thank you sir 🙏
🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😄
Thank you so much 🙏
Welcome 🤗
If patient is not able to perform any movement what can do?
We can initiate it with passive movement, progressing to active assisted and later active movement
What is the difference between pattern and stretching?
Stretching has different methods to use in compare to pattern. Pattern is used for relearning movement where as stretching for improving ROM
Sir how many times we have to perform this in a session?
It depends from individual to individual , ideal can be 8-12 reps for 3 sets
Sir every time we have to both d1 flex ext and d2 flex n ext?
