I got 3 amano shrimps for my 5 gallon tank. For some reason, I don’t notice a change in the amount of algae I have. The amano a have been in for 4 days. They are around 2cm. Do you know why I don’t notice a change in algae? Could it be Becuase they are juveniles so they eat less?

The skimmer on my inlet pipe is not working almost seems like the film is to thick and wont get sucked away by the filter....and my filter is runing good

Official WASABI Moderator: If the water level is high to the rim of the aquarium, they will jump. Please lower your water level by 5cm.

Then HOB is perfect. Bcos it can produce bubbles and flow and also has skimmer.
