What I do with glue is soak the system for about 30 minutes in water and then the glue just peels off. I then shampoo and condition the system and leave to air dry. The next day I reapply the system. I do it this way to give my skin a little bit of breathing time instead of just reapplying it right away.

I just cleaned and reapplied hair system myself for the first time tbh it wasn’t as hard as I expected it to be lol still a challenge but now I can see how doable it is, of course I’ll need to see a stylist occasionally for touch ups on the sides or cut ins on a replacement. Have you ever had one pre cut ? Would you recommend that or better to have a stylist do it

Judith, actually skin systems with “V-Loop” hair does breath, there are tiny holes from the V-Loop injection. V-Loop is the best venting method. Why? No knots, so no knots to bleach. I switched from lace to skin and love it.

So normally when I take my hair unit off it doesn't look like yours. It's already broken down plenty is already clumps of glue under the scalp and under the bass. If it's still not there I spray a little c22 on it let it sit for 10 minutes and then I do the mirror trick. The mirror trick is you just wipe your unit downward and all the oil and grease comes off of it on the mirror. Now I cover the mirror with Saran Wrap and you can still do the same thing. No rubbing no cotton balls none of that. Now once in awhile I have to do your method because just the way the glue cured does it always break down so easily
