Before you make any dietary choice like avoiding RICE/ CHAPPATHI/ FATS, ask yourself if you can keep this up for 5 years or more?
Being fit is a lifestyle and plan everything for the longterm. Short-term celebrity diets will not help you, design your diet based on the principles and macros explained in this video.

Hi bro, I have been following your videos for so long. I really love the way you explain every aspect of body building very clearly. Coming to my question, as you suggested I calculated my calorie intake from TDEE. I want to do body re composition. I am 5'8 height and 71 kg weight. So I am maintaining the same calorie intake with out any deduction. It came around 2560 calories((10731). I calculated protein intake which is around 155 gm. after that I calculated carbs intake using the formula u suggested which is 0.66 ( weight) 1.32(weight). even if I take 1.32 times for both carbs and fats, its not coming near to my calorie intake that came from TDEE. I am not sure where I went wrong in my calculation. can you please suggest me where did I go wrong.
