Lactobacillus bacteria can be collected and grown with nothing more than white rice water and milk to preserve it you'll need to add brown sugar it's in the air all around us and it out competes and consumes other bacterias that's why cheese and yogurt doesn't smell like rotten milk. So you just soak some rice and water strain the rice out you can eat it if you want to let the water sit for 1 to 3 days until it smells sweet add the water to milk let the milk sit for a day or two it will separate into two layers all the fat will start floating to the top and becoming cheese the bottom will turn mostly clear I believe it's called whey the clear liquid on the bottom is what you want you can eat the cheese or dogs and chickens love it
I add lactobacillus to every single organic input I use it will break down the organic matter and make the nutrients more easily available to the plants the plants actually absorb the lactobacillus bacteria dehydrate them absorb their nutrients and then spit them back out their roots types of the rhizophagus cycle
Very useful to know these things. TY

Thanks for doing this so that we don’t have to haha! Truly should be very educational to see. I really appreciate it
