AIR filter and air inlet box itself is smaller on PCX up to 2017 for sure. Donno about latest PCX 150 though. Mine is 2015 LED model and AIR filter is not same size as on this video.
Engine everything are same.the key that make PCX a bit hp and ADV slicely more torque is the rubber connector between airbox to throttle body.short you gain hp at hight rpm long you get more torque at low
