Hello, did you put any seals(gasket) in the oil jets?
Because I Repair´d 2 engines:
A Mitsubishi pajero 4d56T and a Mitsubishi L200 4d56TD
And my big question is, why in the pajero had gasket in the oil jets and in the L200 dont
Can you help me?

Great channel ,,, wonderful information,, I got a question, I have 2016 pajero 3.8 gasoline engine with 5 speed automatic transmission v5a51. I changed the transmission cooler to 40 unit tru cool with out going thru engine radiator. Do I need a bypass valve ? I living in gulf temp in summer reaching over 50 c and in winter 6 c ?

hi, only time you need to go through radiator coolant it in sub-zero temps so as trans warms up quicker so so dont scrub out frozen rubber seals. thanks & cheers 👍
