I'm glad to hear that! It was kind of a reckless challenge for me at the time but this experience surely help me push myself to face with new challenges!
Thank you for the compliment. There are more things about the grain direction I didn't mention in the video (because at the time I didn't know much about it as it was my first big project). After doing several other projects and knowing a little more about it, I learned knowing the grain direction is a key to having clean fabrication and a strong build. I'll try my best:)

Nice job. I like using that Howard's orange oil wax finish, too. It makes pine look really nice. I've used it on my hand carved spoons and coffee scoops, too. I've made those from walnut, poplar, and boxelder, so far.
Great project the joints are good as you have not done many, great use of old wood i love it. Well i have watched all your vids now so im eagerly awaiting more content
nice project! I learned a lot from watching you do all the joints. Even if it wasn't as practical to do such a large variety, it made it more educational. Still looks pretty great to me.
I love that you shared your process so honestly. Amazing work!
Thank you! I learned patience from this project:)
I'm seriously impressed! Thank you so much for sharing your learning experiences!!
