Page leading the "Fuck Hangman" chant was a heartbreaking moment in his character arc. Man, what a roller coaster!
Legit the music and all this story leading to that moment really made it emotional here

@@OrcintheBasement Yea dude the music adds a whole new tone that wasn't there originally. Adds weight to it all. On clips that were for comedy turn dark with the right music. So good
This series has really helped put a lot of scenes into even greater context. Watching Hangman's chant turn from goofy and humorous into one of raw, uncontrolled rage is so incredibly powerful.

The "f*ck Hangman" chant is such an iconic moment in the story. No one hates the Hangman more than the Hangman.
Kenny doesn't get enough love for his ability to tell stories and understanding television. Always in the right place at the right time.

The long term storytelling since Day 1 has been so deliberate.

18:14 HOLY SHIT! I just caught a call back I had not realized before. When Hangman comes to the Dark Order lair to play guns and cowboys, Preston 10 Vance is dressed as a horse. Fast forward to the Halloween addition of Dynamite 2021 the Dark Order came out to the ring with "Preston 10 Vance" dressed with this very same horse head. By the end of the match "10" would run to the ring and be jumped by The Elite who had not only seen "10" on stage but in this BTE segment knowing he owned the horse costume. However, Page and Dark Order swerved them then unmask the horse as Brandon Cutler. But the horse made his first appearance almost a year before that Halloween addition of Dynamite.
They were two different horse heads, one was plastic the other was an actual mascot head.

Loved this moment so much. It was allowed to play out subtly too. No closeup and the announcers didn’t mention it.

The craziest part of this story is up until the match at full gear 2020, even with over a year of story, they could have had either guy play the heel from that point on.
