@icewm1474 how can you not lol ? these are the type of videos i wish were and hour or 2 long, roll a joint kick back and actually learn something as opposed to most other blender tutorials 👌🏼😅
It's nothing different. You already have the tools you need, just go make something and optimize, and most importantly, let your textures do the heavy lifting with baking and normals. Boom, there ya go
Alternatively if you do have something like Substance Painter you can paint the details with a height map - but yeah thats a big if since Adobe Another option is if you do the low poly right in terms of topology, you can duplicate, subdivide a few times then use the sculpt brush with the cloth tool to add the creases then do a full high to low poly bake
A mutiresolution modifier is one of the best bets for sculpting wrinkles. You can bake a normal map directly from a multi resolution object’s higher level of details to a lower one.
you can search modifiers easily by pressing Shift+A while hovering your mouse over the modifiers tab, its basically the same as the search bar opened with F3
Excellent tutorial!! Just a quick question, in that normal baking part if we just duplicate the upper part of the hat, subdivide it and sculpt the wrinkles on it and bake the normal map out of it, wouldn't it be better??
Hey you should do a "Rating your 3D designes/Renders" series no one has really done it on UA-cam. and I think with your personality and true judgment as a professional 3d artistl be a fun series to watch!

a full series on game assetts would be hella appreciated yano 👌🏼😅
Yeah, there is no info on yt about 3d modeling for games. Everything is "Subd for 400k polys and tris are forbidden"
then I'd convince myself to actually finish one of his videos lol
GAME READY ASSETS is the thing we need
