Now I have Alhumdulilah memorized 13 Juz so far and I still listen to Mishary Al Afasy when memorizing but, I also like to listen to Raad al Kurdi and Abdallah Humaid sometimes just to hear their recitation. @@khansanaurien6562 it is actually a long process. I started when he was 3 with small surahs, he memorized by listening. And along with that I taught him the Arabic alphabets and prepared him to read from the Qur'an when he was 4. When he was 5 he had completed juzz Amma by memory and recitation of 3 juz by looking at the Qur'an. Then we started to make him from the 2nd juz by reading and repeating, and also by listening. It takes a lot of effort. But if you give 1st preferable for Qur'an it becomes easy

I am not a child, but as a revert I am like a child in Islam. I find this series extremely beneficial. My favorite reciter is Omar Hisham Al Arabi. I still struggle with correctly saying some Arabic letters correctly and beautifully! I am working on memorizing all of the prayers of Salah and some common Duas, theni will learn the most often recited Surahs, before the longer ones.

I am 10 years old and for the first time ever I kept all fasts I am very happy and I am staying up all night for laylatul qadr (India is in grave danger and my father is stuck in Saudi arab pls make Dua for India and my father my name is Afrah) Uncle mufti when you recite a surah from the Quran You remind me of my Hafiz Sahab You both are my best recites My hafiz Sahab corrects me everytime And I know more that 13 surah's ;-)I want to become a Hafiz and hifz the Quran
