amaniemom it's 50:50 ratio. but sometimes if it's humid, i do a bit more cornstarch than powdered sugar, so it's less sticky. but usually it's a 50:50 ratio recommended from cake books :)
Rosalind Banks I got mine at a local cake decorating supply store, it's called Flour Confections. They have a website online where you can order as well. You can also find them on Amazon I believe.
