Blue October still killing it all this time. I saw them twice in concert and they are so incredible. Justin has this uncanny ability to own a crowded room full of concert goers and make you feel like he's singing directly to you only. I could sit here and tell you to try any of their songs cause they have been consistantly good their whole career. Sound of Pulling Heaven Down is a personal favorite of mine.

Blue October is such a good band. They still fly a little under the radar. Most everyone knows Hate Me, but their music since their big breakout is some of the best written, most emotional music. Justin puts everything onto paper.

I haven't even watched the full video yet, just wanted to comment about my first time seeing Blue October live. I knew that "Hate Me" was going to make me cry. Hell it made almost everyone cry when they performed it, but what I didn't expect was my reaction when they started playing "Fear". I had to hold on to my best friend who was with me to keep from dropping to my knees because I had started sobbing without even knowing why. This band will always be the best thing to have ever happened to me. It's so much more than just music.

Seriously bro, please keep doing Blue October, they are seriously one of the best bands from the 90’s that are still going, and yes they know how to make you feel and you can’t help but feel the passion and emotion, because the entire band uses everything to their advantage and Justin’s voice just takes it to another level. Right now, Stay with me from the new album hits me so fucking hard, or Only Lost is Found... or the way I used to love you, like honestly. The past 4 albums have been great, but this is what I live for is one of their best albums they’ve ever put out. Thank you for using your platform to give them the attention they most definitely deserve, people don’t know about them widely like a lot of bands, they’re independent and they fight every day to be the best.

You should listen to their new song that his sings with his young daughter, her name is actually BLUE. It’s called FIGHT FOR LOVE (featuring Blue Reed). You should listen to the song The Worry List. It’s all about his daughter Blue and how her mother kept her from him for years. I’ve seen BO live at least 6 times and there is nothing like it. Every song they play/sing is clear and crisp. No guessing what the words are. You just get lost in them. They are also amazing and will sign anything you get from their merch table and I’ve always done meet and greets with them.
Sorry for rambling. But you really made my day. And when my fiancé get married ( we both already have kids) we will dance to HOME, another amazing song.

Awesome! You should probably dance to ‘Sway’ though....might be more fitting. ‘Home’ is an awesome song, too. I have seen them 6 times and you’re right, Justin is very cordial and nice. Can’t wait to see them again! Debris is my favorite song from them.

Para Normal my fiancé has 2 kids from a previous marriage and I ha e one from a prior relationship. It makes more sense that we are all for our children and making our “house a home” for them. I can’t pick any to be honest but Sway is another amazing song. I keep their playlist on repeat.

I just randomly discovered this song a few days ago on a UA-cam Music radio playlist. (It was the acoustic version, specifically).
It made a subtle change to how I think about my anxiety issues, but the effects of that change were huge. It was eye-opening and cathartic... Possibly life changing. I've never had a song affect me like that.
I actually didn't even want to post this comment. But when I asked myself "why not?", I couldn't think of a decent answer.
That has been a recurring issue in my life. I miss out on so much of what life has to offer. Why? Because the fear says so.
I never accept "because I said so" from anyone. It's just a shitty answer in almost every context. So why have I accepted that answer from the fear for soo much of my life?
Being able to think of fear as its own entity, rather than as a personality trait, might be a game changer for me.
If I can rewire my mind to think of fear as a bossy bystander, I think I might be able to defy it when it tells me not to do something, but can't explain itself when I ask "why not?".
So fuck fear. It's telling me not to post this comment, but can't answer why. So I'm just gonna press the damn button.

Blue October's lead vocalist, Justin Furstenfeld, is a musical prodigy. If you like songs that are heavy on emotion, PLEASE check out "The Feel Again (Stay)," a song about his failed attempts at reuniting his ex-wife and daughter after a grueling divorce. There's so much pain in the song, and the video makes it all the more vulnerable.

Who TF could dislike this?!? I LOVE Blue October, & got to see them live in Portland, Oregon on June 22nd, 2018. It was fucking beautiful. There's no one like Justin Furstenfeld.

This song teaches you two important things. Firstly, there is a way to go from the person in "Hate me" to the person in this. Secondly, if you ever see a hobo on the beach yelling at the ocean, he has magical wisdom of life to give you.

After reacting to 'Hate Me' by Blue October, I just knew you needed to listen to 'Fear' by them next! Just to see how far the lead singer has come.
He battled addiction and depression, and bettered himself. This is a message to his fans saying that we, too, can rise up and beat our depression, can beat our addictions. :)
While you are on this style of music, I think you should give a listen to Stone Sour - 'Zzyzx Rd.'
    Corey Talor delivers. :)

Bro, love that you are still doing reactions even while handicapped! Much respect. And as long as you are reacting to new music, might as well check out One-eyed Doll - Committed! Please
