I lived in Newfoundland my whole life and currently attend university in Corner Brook. It's exciting to see the riding in the west coast, makes me wish I had my bikes here! Great video!
You prolly dont care but does someone know a way to get back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost the password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me!
This is what America needs to be like......the fact we don't have massive utv ATV routes hurts alot of small towns that would draw tourist out of the cities to the country. Besides national parks and leaf lookers.
What an amazing place to ride! I keep talking about getting up there for some riders but haven't done it yet. This really sells it as an amazing place to ride. Great job on the video gents.
Lived up in Northern Maine for many years where there is many mile of network trails from old RR beds leading to remote small family run resturante and hotels is quite similar however that location has always been on my bucket list. Super segment as always. Now owner of a new SXS would love for my wife to experience one day. Again thank you. Will save this information for trip planning. Again thank you!
Kudos to all in making this top notch video. Thanks to all the townspeople (citizens, councilor's and Mayor's alike) who made it possible to access their city and town roads by ATVs. As they say, this is just the "Tip of the Iceberg". There are plenty more scenic hiding places to see so welcome to ye all and "Long May Yer Big Jib Draw" or "Long May Ya Keep The Rubber Side Down".
25:17 They didn't have heavy machinery in the 20's?? They used Steam Shovels to build that dam. The steam shovels were big and they were quite heavy. I think that qualifies as heavy machinery. Lol
Great video that properly shows the tourism potential of atvs. It's a crying shame that towns on the Avalon refuse to take advantage of the opportunities before them. The municipal politicians in places like CBS should seriously hang their heads in shame over their anti atv policies.
Cole, how difficult is it to navigate for someone who isn't familiar with the area? Would a hand held GPS be needed? I live in NS but I'm from Newfoundland and I'm so anxious to find out. What's it like this time of the year? I'm aching to drive my Outlander on those trails, next summer hopefully...
@@carlgustav945 yeah it’s not too hard to find your way around, a hand held gps would be all you need. Your outlander would be perfect for right now, the weather it pretty decent
@@colemurphy6048 Thank you for your input, unfortunately though the province won't let me in now with this crap going on, hoping to make it back when it's warmer weather.
DJ TrippleX I do it every year. I do the trip right across. Next year will be the 4th trip across for me. I always rent rooms every night. Pirates heaven being one of them. I always plan on 2 grand to be comfortable.
Next time go just a little further north to Gros Morne National Park. You will feel like you stepped into Jurassic Park from the mountainous terrain and vibrate forest.
Some parts are, right across the province, and you could do in a Corvette.. But only a small percent, lots of it is 5ft wide.. Atv or SxS are the best.
Hey hi! dirt trax tv.Ferries are not the only ways to NFL.Cargo plane are use for it too.Just what i did to bring my atv and rigs. When you travel far to encounter new trail, for me it's the cheapest way.Making 2-3 days of road to get your target start and get exaust...not for me.Plane and on one day you'r there and fresh to start.I don't have a chanel and don't want to because i don't want to share the work i have done .so the place i go are still free of capitalist networker who put on the map every free space we had before. It's not always good to share with hunan kind...
The lobster part not cool! Why cook them when they are alive ?? Fulfilled if they were dead. Really really, I wish someone would cook you in life that you would understand what an inhuman it is ..
I live in Newfoundland it’s amazing
As a local do you know if its legal to take a small 4x4 truck on those trails? I have an 1989 Hilux and am trying to plan a trip out there.
Build & Adventure I’m pretty sure
It sure is
I live in western Newfoundland and everything is here you got beaches, mountains, fields and it is amazing. Skidooing in the winter is awesome aswell

U guys should try the east coast it is just as good
Are you allowed to take dirt bikes or adventure motorcycles on these traisl?
Yes
@@JohnVeitch1 Thanks a ton for this!
Are there width restrictions on the trails?
No
Newfoundland is over run with moose and we didn't see one moose during the show.
Is this route doable in a Jeep or a truck?

What month has this been filmed?
June of this year.
L’année dernière ils sont venu au Québec... ils ont probablement eu du mal à se faire comprendre. Ils n’ont pas fait la même erreur.
