I just think it's joyous that you and your husband worship together, so cool it truly brings happiness to my heart. My husband was starting his journey with the Lord before he got sick and he spent a month in a coma so I just I have no doubt whatsoever that The Lord said to my hubby (Jameson), the absolute worst thing any husband could ever hear. I am the Lord. Which means your wife was right. Yep he's never gonna live that one down, and I've never been so happy to be right. I have no doubt he is with the Lord right now, praise Jesus. Try AA. The core of it is that you can only leave alcohol with God's help. Your will power is not enough. Note too That the two doctors who created AA were once alcoholics and as doctors were suspicious that it was really an addictive allergy. Probably Glutens. There is a demon involved here with it. But know that only Jesus can get rid of demons. No one else. You need his help. In AA you will get a sponsor... A friend to help you. It will be someone who has overcome alcohol and is exactly where you are. AA works. Try to watch the vintage movie The Lost Weekend with Ray Milland. God bless.
