Thanks for viewing. We simply did the work.. We follow every major US business journal and tract various growth/construction websites. We also delineated where each existing and currently uc highrise/skyscraper was located within a given metro area
Live in midtown ATL and running around the amount of cranes up and the dodging of the construction sites is insane. However I would have never guessed number 2 on the list. Was just hoping for a top 10 or close to 5. With the Gulch fill in starting and many other sites in prep we should stay high on the list for at least the next 5 years. Look out NY (crazy talk).🤣
Thanks for viewing. The number of residential towers being built in midtown Atlanta is impressive and the Centennial Yards (Gulch) and Newport projects should truly transform downtown. Both should keep Atlanta in the top 5 for the remainder of the decade. NYC will continue to lead .
Atlanta is very filthy rich has new massive skyscrapers, professional hockey team, TMZ studios, schools/colleges in education, Coca-Cola & so much more in The Big Peach!💸💸💸💸💸💸🌃🌃🌃🌃🌃🌃🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑
I've Just moved to Atlanta!; The Skyscrapers are popping up everywhere! Many of the empty parking lots and old buildings, were torn down, for "Urban Renewal"; hopefully!, a new Planned "Amtrak Train Terminal" will be constructed, possibly, in the "Gulch Area", in the future.
Thanks for viewing. It is 0-10miles WITH the CBD included (noted in the graphic at 0:13) . Or within a 0-10mile radius OF the CBD with CBD included. Most CBD (downtown) skylines are significantly smaller than the 10mile radius illustrated, so saying "within" the CBD does not clearly indicate the intent. I will include the details (listed in prior videos in this series) concerning primary, secondary and tertiary development zones in the description.
Come on Atlanta only behind New York YEEEEEEESSS
