You prolly dont care at all but does any of you know a way to log back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid forgot the account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Phoenix Trent I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
Awesome! a longevity airflare tutorial would be great, I find that training my shoulders (flexibility/strength & conditioning techs. is key in my 30s to keep my ariflares and progress gradually while minimizing injuries)
You know I have been watching so many air flair videos on here and don't remember any of them mention the pike freeze. I have one air flair myself but this technique could be what gets me multiple rotations. Thanks man!
I love the control you have on the rotations. must have taken years to strenghten those shoulders. I Do tricks with a ball. And I needed 6 years to master . SO chhers. GREAT skill level !
But what about the normal flare?! I really wanted this tutorial though, but I have to save it for some years until I can work on it. Thanks a lot man for putting it on youtube for free! Although I feel I should pay for watching this actually, you definitely deserve it!
Back when I was still bboying the airflare was still considered a "new powermove." I got all the other powermoves down from windmills, flares, turtles, headspins, but the airlare was a hurdle I was never able to pull off. Now in my 40's, I am considering going back to learn the airflare just so I can cross off my list of 3 airflares 😆 My wife however most likely will not agree to this idea
Thanks man. If to talk about clean and fast Airflares, with correct, canon technique, then I think that B-Boy Punisher is the best in the world, in this Powermove.
Yeah definitely start with Windmills, then Flares and finally the Air Flares. Learning those in that order will provide you with Fundamentals and condition your body and help build up arms and core. In that way, You will be way less prone to injury. If you haven't already, start working out with calisthenics and weights
Also, I would've loved to know how long it took you to learn it yourself, I know it will take me years, if I ever achieve it, but I think you should've got it in less than 2 years, am I wrong?
@@tyfoodsforthought hmm that makes more sense. But it seems pretty quickly still, I haven't seen anyone achieve it in less than 6 years, and they were already good at handstands
This is one of the better tutorials out there for sure! I have a question @ 4:35. The right leg is the part I have the most trouble with and I've been told several different things about how to fix it. If it shouldn't be kicked "back," it should still be kicked in some way right? Rather than just keeping it straight? So confused about this! Mine always falls towards the ground or I catch and I am so low that I can't possibly attempt a 2nd. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have 1 vid uploaded and it is an airflare attempt, if anyone would be willing to check it out. Peace and thank you!
I can't believe he's doing it over concrete at some times.. Hard. I'm surprised there's no recent comments is bboying dying? I used to back in the day and wanna get back into it.
Have you heard any success stories of people in their 20s starting out with powermoves? I'm just starting to improve the little strength and mobility that I have with my wrists and hips at 22, and I'm wondering if real people have proven that it's not too late for me!
You won't find a better tutorial online.
@FitnessFAQs do you train this skill, Daniel? That would be so coool.
