Not really imo at all.. He's very underutilized due to us having so many other great Weapons on top of our Pass Protection being absolutely horrific most of the time (Hopefully we can improve to being just average here and i'd be ecstatic) which has killed countless plays he was open downfield. If he went to a team with a bad QB then ofc his production goes down but if he goes to a team with another really good QB that doesn't have as many options I fully believe it only goes up.. Right now he's mainly eating off the deeper routes which is exactly what we need him to do but on other teams he'd do that and also likely be much more involved on shorter routes which would instantly boost up his numbers like the other top receivers. All this doesn't even take into account he almost always has the opposing Defenses best CB covering him which allows guys like Deebo who are average route runners to still get open more often and on top of that he's our best blocking WR as well. Without him they still probably have a top 5 receiver group but with him they are EASILY the best imo at least on paper. I fully agree with the 49ers at not giving him any insane level contract but to act like BA is just mostly a product of Brock and/or the 49ers system is selling him way short. He'd be a huge loss as he's literally Brock's favorite target and helps open up everything underneath.

That subtlety is enhanced by Purdy’s elite anticipation. It will be remembered that Garoppolo who had excellent release, did not establish rapport with Aiyuk, and his value was not maximized. This will happen on the majority of alternative teams. He may not even be the #1 target on some teams. This is no slam dunk for BA, even with all the media manipulation. He’s still under contract, and Slick Rick is on deck.
