The comparing him to josh Allen just doesn’t work, he’s played 1.5 seasons and went through the postseason each time, went to the superbowl after a season ending injury, he’s not 6’4”, he can’t throw the ball 90 yds, he will never be that guy. But he makes the right decisions quickly, and he simplifies the game, and he’s motivated. Kyle has been able to open his playbook for this kid because he can trust him to do it right. Josh Allen had the same amount of weapons on both sides, hasn’t gone to the superbowl. His decisions aren’t always the best. I don’t want to hear it, if you’re a good team, you have weapons. Joe Montana had weapons, Joe burrow had weapons, jalen hurts (who is literally the exact height and weight as Brock) has weapons and a number 1 o line, And Brock was the most efficient qb downfield last year and he did it with an o line ranked 27th in the league. Remember, when he first came over from NE to SF, he had one of the fastest releases and was a quick decision maker. By the time he got to LV, his accuracy was gone and decision making was dramatically lowered. His focus has shifted from gun-slinger to preservation. Don't get me wrong, Jimmy G was a mid-level NFL Starter. Brock is much better, and still improving.
Us Niner fans know how good Brock is and believd in him, and his teammates do too. Thats all that really matters. Everything else is just noise, and with Brock being so dialed in and lazer focused, we dont gotta worry about that. Last year hurt but he put us in position to win, and I believe if Greenlaw doesnt get hurt the Niners dominate that game. Brock is here for the long haul and i couldnt be more excited as a Niner fan. Because BA is a junk coach and Mahomes does everything. Just like Shanahan does for Purdy.
