Petite, light and full of life. The Comet is a class act built in Kalamazoo at the Heritage factory, if I'm not mistaken. The pickups are of the Goldfoil variety and if you pull the volume knob out while in the centre toggle position (which I do at around 25 secs), you'll be rewarded with an out-of-phase whine that is particularly cool in front of a fuzz face or muff - like I'm doing here. The backing track is the same as yesterday's from @elevatedjamtracks - "Psychedelic Bluesy Groove - Gm". It's a good one to wail over. The Axe-FX III preset is basically a jumped HIWATT DR103 with either a muff or fuzz face in front of it and some Leslie, delay and reverb after it. It worked for David Gilmour, hence the name "Gilmour Lead".

When the Harmony guitars first landed out here earlier on in the year, I was really keen on this Comet. Unfortunately, for whatever reason only the other 3 models landed. Nobody who was selling Harmony got in the Comet.
I waited a while, alas there was still none of these, which was rather disappointing. I'm still very keen, but I recently bought a lovely Cole Clark acoustic.
So, this will have to wait now...great sounds Brett & pleased to see it out here now. 👉
