Yes! The library is truly amazing. It also overlooks King City Public school's soccer field and is surrounded by the forest, so you can enjoy a nice book in a comfy chair with an amazing view all year around. How cool is that!?

A recent opinion piece by Radius Financial shows that a recession and housing market crash will cause $1.7 trillion in Canadian real estate equity to disappear.
It's already done a big damage to the real estate market overall and I agree, it will continue to hurt the industry a lot, it's inevitable in today's situation unfortunately.
