This is a follow up video for the "World’s Fastest WCH E-Bell" video. It’s cold again here in St. Louis, MO. Temps of -10F with wind chills of -30F. The WCH E-Bell at Taylor Ave in Kirkwood, MO has had enough, and is now a buzzer bell.

That's a very nice video of the crossing bells in Kirkwood, Missouri. Epic fail on the crossing bells. Union Pacific needs to fix or replaced or both of the crossing bells.
