NEG Electronic Bell E-Bell Unboxing

Unboxing my National Electric Gate Company (NEG) railway crossing e-bell.
These were bought brand new directly from the National Electric Gate Company.
Visually these are quite similar to General Signals other than the mounting base, colour, and height.
None of these bells are used here in Australia and I believe none are in private collections either so it is nice to be able to own a rarity.
Sound wise it is almost identical to the General Signals Type 2 e-bell, however the tonality of the NEG seems to be a bit mellower whilst the General Signals has a sharper tone characteristic.
I will not be answering any questions about price.

That's because it's different from general signals electronic bells. Because NEG electronic bells usually have rings at the bottom.

The company does not sell to public. You need to be a railroad or registered rail associated business. Your best bet is to look on eBay.
