I am just watching your video. What I want to know is inventory management and how does it handle all software and hardware inventory. Also how is integration, is it secure and how easy is deployment?

It creates an xml with the data and after that it uploads the data to glpi inventory.
It’s a web based application, so it works on https if you configure the Apache properly.
It is safe and easy to deploy.
Did you try upgrade 9.5.x to 10.x yet? Is this possible?
Yes. I did. It’s possible but you need to do some adjustments, manually run some migration scripts and install some php extensions.
Since it’s a test release, you will not have any difficulties in doing so on a test instance.
