I have been lucky enough to find vinage filofaxs from charity shops that's what we call our thift shops in the UK. Those pins are kilt type pins.

Thank you! I have a few junk journal videos up where I use ephemera like what's in the video, I don't think I've made one with these specific items yet lol! I've made journals to swap with some of the items though and that's been fun!
