I guess Im randomly asking but does someone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot the login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me.
@Anakin Rudy thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Carl you are the absolute GOAT! I can't tell you how much your videos help and inspire me. You have all the rock and metal I love. Please keep doing what you do best, we appreciate all the hard work. I would love a lesson on Stricken by Disturbed and Patient number 9 by Ozzy if you get chance.
I hope you make a lot of money on UA-cam for what you do because you kick ass I can't believe you have the patience to break some of the songs down for people like us really makes it easy thanks man
I like that you played the part at 0:25-0:26 in the same way as it is actually played on the album, instead of playing the occasional live variation and acting as if that were the album version.
Soloing and overall lead guitar is fun as hell to play, but when youre rythm riffing And downpicking like hetfield, thats another level of badassness lol! Great lesson!
Can you please tell me how or do a lesson of how to put your finger on a string, play it and then pull off without changing its tone like you did in the beginning of the song??
GuitarLessons365Song You taught me the intro solo to One now this. Thanks. I have the skills not the patience to pick it all out. Thanks for doing the hard part. Thanks for the various camera angles as well. Very smart and helpful to all Im sure
I know it's pretty overlooked but i appreciate how carl always writes a description and explains everything. Pretty cool teacher. Only thing that needs some work done is his tone
All i Needed was The First 47 Seconds of your Video lol. I Just had to perfect That Intro. Thanks A whole Lot my friend. You Are the Best. Keep Rockin'.
or just use half-wound strings if you find the slides uncomfortable, better than flat wound as they have a much more dynamic tonal range and bend easier.
My handsome guitar teacher is again teaching great lessons as usual. Good job, and good luck. Greetings from Iran. 🖤 Please support the Iranian protests for freedom. They need you to be their international voice.
thanks so much carl, such a badass song, truly one of the few best metallica songs, it has it all great melodies, great thrash breakdown, incredible solos, a perfect metal song from a perfect metal album!
After like ten minutes of trying to learn this song I actually got it hit this thumbs up if you like me and you just learn a song on there 10 minutes and there's like boom
:) Master of puppets album is a masterpiece and a classic :) I have been to Cliffs Place in Sweden, i cried man . And i made an offer on His altar, for respect
This intro is easier than i thought, I was trying to play it the wrong way. This is what happens when you prefer to struggle trying to find the notes instead of looking up on UA-cam right away.
Times like this I grab my head to make it stop spinning and say, how the f*ck did they ever come up with this stuff? When they play live, they make it look so easy. True musicians. I dare little Wanker, Wain, Wayne, or any of his contemporary pop tarts to try this. Now that I think about it, can he even spell guitar? There isn't a Z in it. If I could wish myself a talent, guitar virtuoso would definitely be it. Respect to anyone who can actually play.
i cannot understand 5:50 and its bugging the shit outta me...it doesn't sound right either when i try it, tabs seem different as well...what happens there? he picking low e 5 power chord twice before moving to 3? it seems like something else is happening as well. being a beginner sucks.
I came here to learn the whole song and I found a part of this song that you did not cover and im finding it hard to decipher bcuz everyone plays it differently. Could ypu please cover the third chorus? If you listen to the song he plays that 3rd chorus slightly different then he does the first amd second time. Thank you for all that you do. Your a badass!😎🤘
I apologize. Its actually the 3rd time he goes back into the chorus that its different. Right before the song speeds up and goes into the thrash metal sound. The power chords and the strumming are slightly different then the first and second chorus.😁
I really appreciate your video lessons. This helps a lot! Odd request. I can't find a tab for the song: "I Dress in Black" by a band called Virgin Steele. Not one of their most popular but those are some cool sounding riffs. Could you please do a video on that one?
When the heavy part started i didnt understand the pattern after u go from the powerchord from the A string to the E string on the fifth fret.. someone help?
Hi Carl, yours lesson are awesome, but still can't figure out how to do this 12 fret e and B strings. When I release them (string) sound is cut off straight away. Any tips?
I’ve watched your downpicking technique videos but this seems a little wild. Are there any more tips other than being relaxed, break it up, work your way up to higher tempos, and just practicing?
already learned seven nation army, sweet dreams (marilyn manson) gonna aim for this now....just started learning guitar in general, anybody got any song suggestions?
Thanks Carl! I’ve learned so much from you!
I came for the clean intro part, sounds great on the acoustic guitar, thanks a lot 🙂

Can you please tell me how or do a lesson of how to put your finger on a string, play it and then pull off without changing its tone like you did in the beginning of the song??
Never mind I found one of your lessons after realizing they're called harmonics... I hate being the new guy
Mrlizard 123 you get used to being the beginner as SOON as you're not the beginner anymore
3 years later, I hope you're still learning.

I know I'm late to this lesson. But this is one of greatest songs in history.
along with Fade to Black.
I've learned in my darkest hour and bringing on the heartbreak in the last 2 weeks.
