I had to do a similar replacement on my 2016 Kia Soul EV+ after an idiot at a car wash drove his truck backwards into the grill (the trailer hitch pushed through the lower front grill). The process is very similar.

@@KewellXiAnd I honked continuously to get the guy to STOP as he was backing towards me. Got the whole thing on the car wash company's video as well as my dash cam. It made me so mad because the guy rolled backwards from over 50 feet away and could easily have prevented it from happening. I couldn't even back up because there were cars behind me too.

can you explain how to get top grille off?

I guess I didn't show enough detail for that step. Once you remove the the top cover plate (as shown in the video), you have easy access to the upper grille. It's clipped in place the same way as the lower grille (shown in video). A couple of fingers or a flathead screw driver for extra leverage to pinch easy clip & wiggle free. Repeat until all clips are released. Hope this helps.
