Bodycam: Two Guys Caught ‘Green-Handed’ with Guns and Weed on St. Patrick’s Day, Police Say

Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding a hotbox car party-turned-felony arrest in Des Plaines, Illinois on St. Patrick’s Day. Police approached the vehicle after a neighbor reported a noise complaint coming from their parked car. Officers said they smelled marijuana and a cloud of smoke floated out of the car when the door was opened. The driver then admitted that everyone in the vehicle was consuming cannabis.
