Shall we use all 4 C at a time? Maybe i it s a little bit hard for me to understand this beautiful homily . But i will try to read the Bible as he said, i m sure it will amaze me again on how God works.

Try as i might, I find mental prayer difficult. I'm currently trying a method posted by Padre Peregrino(?) right here on YT (i hope I have his name right) its called VLX. It seems to be helpful depending on the reading of the day but my mind wanders alot. There are days where meditating on the mysteries of the rosary can bring me to tears, but for some reason I read the Bible like a book. I don't know how NOT to. Fr. Ripperger suggests a book called The Ways of Mental Prayer, which I read and understood but for some reason i can't actually do it- well not yet at least. I try going slow and just end up reading like 5 chapters and not knowing what to contemplate bc everything seemed important 🤦♀️🤷♀️
I’m not very good at mental prayer myself, so not really in a position to be guiding someone. However when I do the lectio divina, I don’t go beyond a chapter. Usually half a chapter or even less. Read it multiple times. Give it time to sink in. If you keep reading, it’s going to be hard to get deeper.

I struggle with it also, but like faith you have to work at it and keep trying.
Eventually, step by step....little by little you'll get better.

Yeah I wish sensus would put the priests names but I imagine there's reasons for leaving them out. It's definitely not Ripperger tho
