Certainly well played. I like the bass sounds of the organ. And an amazing pedal stop sound to end it off. Is this a 32 ft contra stop? For an organ that is almost 60 years old it is certainly in a very very good condition. Allen organs are really a standout instrument when it comes to digital organ. You would think that this is a out an out pipe organ. Well Played. Wayne from Cape Town South Africa

Hi Wayne - thanks for the comment! This organ is actually pre-digital, and uses almost 600 analog oscillators to make the sounds. The pedal reed at the end is the 16' Posaune stop, which has a nice growl to it. There is a 32' Contre Bass you can hear in the beginning of this song which provides a very low rumble if you have the speakers for it.
There is space on the tone generator chassis for a 32' reed, and I know it was done on some other custom analog organs...so such a thing may come about someday when I have the confidence in building oscillators identical to Allen's.

Thanks for the interesting info about the organ. I have all the confidence in your ability to further enhance the beauty of this instrument. Especially utilizing the space to include the 32" reed as was done on other custom analog organs. But no rush. The organ sounds amazing as it is right now. So I look forward to some more hymns played on this " vintage" organ. Continue with your inspiring work. It is certainly much appreciated and valued all the way from Cape Town South Africa

No hassle at all. I confess I'm not terribly skilled at more complex music, but I do love Boellman's Tocatta, and will work on it.

I like the ending too, wow those pedal notes have a nice growl to them.

Yeah, the 16ft reed is really well done. There’s room on the generator for a 32ft extension if I ever figure out what components to use…

Tremulant sounds good. But that Oboe like at 0:51 should be much much louder, like 10 dB or more. The star spangled banner melody at that point is supposed to just scream. Think like SuperBowl 25 star spangled banner :)
EDIT: @1:41 ok that's really nice, I like that.

I considered the Oboe issue a bit. The only alternative was to use the louder trumpet and express it down for the opening, but because of the duplexing that would also have expressed down the Great. If there's one thing thing I wish I had it would be an independent Great/Pedal division.
But it has a decent ensemble sound once it all comes together.
