@@vikingraider8061 DICE made BF2, not EA. A good section of DICE, at that and the reason BF2 content was cancelled was for Battlefield 6 to receive more attention so they could fix their mistakes on BFV. Which if you didn't know, also lost support.
If you think EA manages every company under them completely, look at Respawn Entertainment. They do their games how they want to and don't let EA fuck with their content. At least, not significantly.

I kinda feel bad, I did the first 3 steps of the easter egg and when I made my way to the flag someone was already there doing the last step so i just said screw it, rushed to the door and unlocked it before them.
My group was pretty fun. One guy did the Hondo painting, another did the 501 lights, and I did the banner. We all celebrated when we went inside the room and then promptly rushed outside to play the rest of the match. Then we got our asses whooped by the bots.
You know that if someone unlocks it, whoever walks into the room unlocks it as well right? They don't even have to do any of the other steps, they just have to go through the unopened door in the case that someone else has already unlocked it.
@@imthatone3758 when I unlocked it then continued playing the rest of group was spending rest of match repeating the steps or shooting at the painting.

I got lucky and joined a coop halfway through. They had already done it, but when they told me to try I just walked through the door and got it
I hope they change the milestone requirements from 5000 to something more realistic... Bit of a dickmove on their part.
I mean its not like theres other content to work on.

Stanford Tennyson just get good and get 4000 points the quickest. My suggestion would be to use heavy and straight up demolish enemies, you get BP quick

How to unlock new skins:
- to get the Rey skin you have to throw for like 3 minutes in an online match for some reason
- to get the Maul skin you wait in select to lock him and go exclusively for kills
Wow, I am so glad I can't just use the credits I earned in game and instead have to compete in throw lobbies to complete challenges!

It's because they got their money from loot crates, they stopped it as a formality then brought out the anniversary edition. To get that bit more money which even then, people who already bought everything from playing the game have nothing to spend their mass wealth on. If they weren't going to add more stuff to spend credits on, then I think they should have just added some kind of way to burn credits. Something really mundane but cool, like backgrounds for your kill cards or something
Iam honestly disapointed with scariff and the original era supremacy. The games are so short because there are no capital ships! :(
The Death Star has hangars in the ingame map, and capital ships outside the map. The transport ships could each go into a hangar then take u to the capital ships to destroy. Scarif could also have capital ships, they've already broken a lot of canon. Then when you explode the ISD and win as rebels the ISD crashes into Shield gate, so rebels actually win. The other OT maps are already perfect for ship phases, some of them also have capital ships already. Idk why they didn't want to include the ship phases for OT

I would recommend playing another game by the time you'll get it you'll be so sick of using Maul he wont be fun anymore I'm level 120 with maul I love him but I'm not getting that skin but i cant tell you what to do so if it fun for you go ahead

I really hope dice puts out a hotfix to drastically reduce the amount of kills it takes to get the maul skin its disappointing they didnt think of that from a gameplay point of view.
Even if they just took away one of those zeros it would be way easier
part of me thinks they think it'll make people play longer and give the game a bit more longevity
@@dylanmillar1563 Probably but I don't play it to grind skins, I okay it because I find it fun to play. A lot of videogame companies make stupid decisions like that to keep a fan base (when they don't really need to in this case), in my opinion anyways.

Actually, I got the easter egg because someone already did it in a lobby I loaded into and stayed in the room like a chad. Just had to spawn on them and walk through the door to trigger the milestone

I'm pretty sure for the mail skin it's specifically eliminations. So even assists count. On top of that you can get it through co-op. So it makes it actually kinda easy.

I always wanted Kylo Ren to have a Matt the radar technician skin in battlefront
My friends and I were playing on this map trying to get to the Takodana map in the rotation. We were rolling when we saw this outfit being ironed.
After playing Jakku I was put in a Takodana game that was about to end, I went straight to the basement and found out that you can just clip right through the door!
I wanna talk about some of the glitches I’ve been experiencing recently, one of them is that Darth Maul will randomly lose his abilities and you won’t be able to use them until you die. Another thing is that mauls lines for the original trilogy have the commander saying clones and republic and not the imperial commander.
I wish they did more of these Easter egg skin challenges in the past. They seem fun and a nice way to interact with the maps
I wish you could grind out kills for maul in instant action or game mode where you don’t have people fighting for maul
Just a heads up - the room at the bottom of Maz’s castle was just open, and we walked right in and unlocked the skin. Had absolutely no idea there was any set-up or anything needed! (Co-op)
Thanks for the Jakku trick to get to Takodana! I spent 35 minutes today until I finally got a Takodana lobby, and then someone else got the appearance before I could. It’ll be so much easier to just go to Jakku!

The Takodana easter eggs also work if someone has already done the first parts. All you have to do is open the door after someone else completes it, or follow them in. It worked for me. Hope this helps!
3:14 no, someone did it in coop when I joined all you have to do is walk through that last door, it's closed for you but since it's opened for the person who did it there's no collision and you can just walk straight through it and get the overwhelming Rey skin
Let’s say you get 100 kills per match so it would take 50-52 games depending on how many you kill per round

Maybe not a tutorial, but probably a tip, whenever I want to grind heroes or get a lot of kills I go to Coop, probably the mode I have most played since around January

If people on my team already have the coin I find it easy to just go to the last place you need to go and wait for them to complete it and you can still get it if you walk in with them

Just a note for anyone trying the Takodana easter egg. After an hour of trying I finally got into a coop game on Maz’s castle but when I joined the 3 people had already complete the easter egg. I went downstairs anyway and although the door didn’t open I clipped through it for some reason and unlocked the Rey skin anyway. I’m an Xbox user ✌🏻
You can still do the Easter egg on takodanna in instant action but you cant get the skin. It's kinda worth it though because theres a cool painting of the dev team in there

God I can relate to the struggle of getting reys second skin I spent an hour getting Maz’s castle Takodana I wish I’d known about the two jakkus before would have shortened the time I spent massively
Lol if someone competed the Easter egg for skin all you have to do is walk in the room.. you don't have to do it yourself..
You can steal the skin from someone trying to do it, if they run off you can press the 501 button and run to the room before them
The Ship you see isn't boba's, but it's the same model: A Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft.
3 things I really wanted were the imperial engineer skin or reinforcement, the ability to set skins for bots, and phase one white clone armor
Got lucky with the Rey skin. Loaded into a Takodana lobby, spawned on a squad mate at the room door. The door was glitched and kind of teleported me through it closed, but gave me the skin. The door stayed like that the whole round and others were walking through it.
Not to mention Rey and grievous can now turn in 3 small circles with one ability and hit 3 times. Super op now
The real gold is the new change to all the hero’s rush abilities to where they now follow the camera instead of going in a straight line. I’ve been having so much fun as grievous by putting on the line up weaklings card and just running up to blaster hero’s and circling them worth my claw rush. It’s so fucking hilarious and it actually works. Same with Rey I just turn into a blender and absolutely shred people lmfao. I’m so shocked no ones talking about it it’s my favorite thing to do now
Legend has it you can unlock a kylo skin of matt, your light sabre is replaced with a wrench
I think that worst than 5000 kills with darth maul is that takodana mysterious way to unlock Ray's appearance, that would be impossible to uncover without a guide.

If someone already opens the door, you can still get the skin. It happened to me and I didn’t have to do anything
I kept getting errors when matchmaking so I couldn’t get in from any previous maps. (X box)

This is just me but I joined a takodana match that the Easter egg was already completed. When I went downstairs the door was closed but I was able to walk through the closed door. Give it a shot if you have that problem.

If someone else already has the secret room open just go in there and you'll get it too, worked for me and all I did was shoot hondos painting.

J Crews yeah it seems like they were kinda rushed out cause apparently most of the team was moved to the next battlefield, seems like higher ups just walked in and said “you’re done, we’re working on the next battlefield” and they just had to rush it out and some jackass thought 5,000 was a good idea
People are just fucking lazy and don't want to spend more than 5 minutes to get a skin.
What would have even been cooler is if they gave Kylo a new voice line that goes off when he gets near the outfit:
“People are gonna love the new me.”
Also, if you haven’t already unlocked leias “princes” appearance you can unlock it by getting 5,000 kills, it wasn’t on the skins section for leia for me but you can get it still l

Just spent the entire day playing co-op to try and get a game of mazs castle (it kept jumping around sporadically and id only get the starship takodana map) and after finally getting it the puzzle bugged out at the buttons, I pressed left, and then right, and then the middle button didn't have a prompt to press it, so locked out of getting the skin, gave up for the day after that, feels bad man

If you die while doing it do you need to restart or can you continue from were you died
If the Rey skin puzzle is already done you can just go to the room where you get the skin and you walk right the door
if it’s already done i’m pretty sure you still get the skin if you walk in the room
If someone else has already completed the Easter egg, just walk into the basement room and you will get the skin.
You can do they Rey skin challenge in coop which makes things waaaay easier and less complicated
For me I didn’t have to do any of the things near the slave I thing. All I had to do was shoot Hondo then the door unlocked but it might be that other players had already done it first. But to be fair I only knew what to do because everyone else was bullying Hondo upstairs
They should have made Darth Maul's skin an Easter egg too, maybe you press a few buttons in the Naboo hanger, and then the boundaries of the map open up to let you go to the room with the pit? And you have to jump into the pit to get the skin?
When you join a lobby and the Rey Easter Egg is already done you still can go through the Door in the Basement ... Its still locked but you can easily go through
Just completed the Easter egg on Takodana and I got so excited. It’s worth it!
If u remember this is ea and dice although the chances are slim they can still update the game even if they try a remaster thing for the new gen like gta
I believe hondo had the slave ship in clone wars i think it appeared in the episode when the padawans teamed up with the pirates to escape from Grevious or i might be wrong i need to back track
