I prefer a smaller town as opposed to living in Charlotte. I've been looking at the coastal towns like Shallotte and Little River SC
I was there working for 3 mounths and i fell in love and i made a lot of friend´s. I was in Winnifred street great street full of pubs!! :D im portuguese and i realy wish to go there again but its very complicated to have workvisa, i fell bad because maybe i will not be able to go there again..but i realy hope.. its very good what you show us in the video. Why does everyone omit Carowinds Amusement Park when listing Charlotte entertainment? A whole amusement park!!!

As a former practicing attorney, how would describe the legal field in Charlotte? Are they a lot of non-profit or government positions? Are most of the legal positions with corporations or large firms? Are there a lot of solo practitioners? I currently live in the DMV area where there are a lot of government and non-profit opportunities.

I’m a woman in my mid twenties looking to move to Charlotte! Do you have any specific neighborhoods in or around Charlotte that are affordable but safe places to rent while looking for a house? I live in an area that has high risk of trafficking, so i tend to be cautious. I’m visiting in a couple months to scout out the best places before I move!
South Blvd. Or Pineville area(a suburb). I moved here in 1982 from Pennsylvania, and these are my favorite parts of Charlotte. Stay away from the east, and west sides, stick with South Charlotte!
What about if I want to rent and not to buy in Charlotte? It is worthy
How many people do you anticipate in Charlotte? Around 8 million or so. Then, you will be happy?

We are moving from Spokane Washington to North Carolina. We want some acreage, but with in 15-30mins from a Costco and city.
Any ideas? We are looking at spending 150k total
I'm sorry, but that doesnt exist. Closest area where you can get close is the triad region but if you're looking for acerage (1+ acres and 15-30 minutes from a city and costco), your budget its going to have to be at least 225k, if you want a house thats livable on that property..and even $225k is pushing it.

Charlotte is boring. It’s very raggedy and just lacks the charm that a big city should have. Lived there for almost 5 years and it just wasn’t doing it for me. Also a really bad selection of people. Everyone acts stuck up and disassociated from each other. It lacks food, culture, events, and just an overall quality of life. It reminds me more of a small suburb than a metro
Raggedy? 😂😂😂😂😂😂 far from raggedy. Don’t know how long it’s been since you lived here but it’s nothing like you’re talking about. It’s definitely not that Charlotte anymore at all like he said. If you haven’t been here I’m the last 5 -7 years then that may explain your idea
Sorry you had a bad experience. But the Charlotte I know is nothing like what you're describing. It's not boring at all unless you don't have the money to do things or you lived in the suburbs and not near downtown. Are you from Atlanta or Raleigh? Those cities seem show up on every Charlotte video just to throw shade. Very nice city.
