You're a funny guy Mike. You don't want to go to the gym (where hot senior women like to hang out) because you say it's "Not for you". Then you say you want to waste time and money going overseas to "Find what it is you're looking for". The gyms you see on UA-cam are nothing like those found in seniors communities Mike. They are 95% old men and old women. Everything you're looking for is right here under your nose my confused friend.
When you get a younger woman it makes you feel younger and gives you lots more energy..she can also take care of you when you are feeling not so good.. Filipino women are the best in the world..I speak from experience. win win in my book😮😮😊😊
@@christopheclugston The 55 and over ladies are both more common, less choosy, and much less expensive than the younger ones. Some of them take good care of themselves and enjoy some workout time. Gyms/fitness centers in areas with mostly seniors is a *great* place to hook up or get to meet and speak with senior hotties... in my experience.

You gave me advice...you need to take advice. Take the blood pressure medicine and add cinnamon. Jon did injure his foot in the sand. But doing better. Cooler here now. If you want pictures let us know
Mike i have been fallowing you for a few years......stay active....to bring your blood pressure down get rid of the salts and sugars and you wont need the meds.....even the bread Mike lol..........i know because i brought the same levels your dealing with now, just by making these adjustments and doing a carnavior diet done it.....
I think it's great that you keep doing exercises and taking vitamins. Drink lots of pure water and get your sleep. It's good to have a goal in life. Hope you make it to the Philippines.

Stay in US for awhile. Let the meds work out. Knock around a fiddle with a few guns and stuff. Keep busy. Way to hot to be out.
Mike could go to Asian neighborhoods here in the states. Restaurant workers, shop owners are full of Asian women, I think that's what he likes.
