My friend was in Cebu for 3 months and said it was a shithole and left. He's been back here for a little over 2 weeks and is very happy he's back and not going back to Asia.

Cebu City has poor people and poor living conditions all round however it is improving little by little by little and the U.S. was great in and outside the cities 40-50 years ago but it is heading rapidly this past 10 years to "shithole" status as the globalist and elected politicians are seeing to that. Go to a major city in the U.S. and see what you think. Some are worse than Manila, Cebu City and Davao City. The Arabs, Japan and China are investing Billions all over the Philippines while Japan and China have gone from possessing 22% of U.S. Treasuries to holding 7% of U.S. Treasuries. U.S. Retail Stores have reported 4.5-5.0 billion losses because of shoplifting and theft. In the Philippines you see ATMs and Retail Banks and Stores with guards holding a 12 gauge and one with a M-4/AR-15. You try to leave the store with a cart full of stolen merchandise, you get shot. So there is about 0% shoplifting. So, yes there is a difference.

@@nostressmike when I go to the supermarket and look for some American type snack like Frito Lays Potato Chips or Doritos I read the label and it says it was produced in Shanghai, China. Ain't that a kick in the pants? America's Corporations are selling out to the ChiComs.
