    Thanks mam. U speak so well. I do aerobics n strength training at 10am to 11am. At 11wht we take because I go after having breakfast n take my lunch at 2.plz suggest something as i feel hungry aft coming back.

    Mere BMR report me muscle mass 32.9 kg aur fat 21 kg hai
    Mere gym trainer ne post weight training ke bad whey protien me 40 gm glucose c lene ko kaha
    But mujhe fat percentage kam karna hai to main glucose c le sakta hu & mujhe kidney stone bhi hai to main high protine diet le sakta hu mam

    I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from *Agoge Diet* so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

      Ruma Das talking only to the point can be highly misleading. One needs to know why rather than just what. For example if she says eat something before your workout in the morning, it could be misleading to a thyroid patient why should wait for 1 hour after taking the tablet. Patience is required to actually understand such things without jumping into conclusions!
