I lived in front of this ship all my childhood. It was on the docks of my hometown Bordeaux for many years
Yes very cool i seen it aswell visiting from the Netherlands to my uncle who lived in Bordeaux evry year. Me & my dad would walk all around the city including the river seeing this ship many times good old memories
Colbert survived as a museum until 2008 when they couldn’t afford continuous maintenance, and she was sold for scrap later that year
Ahhh sad but HMS Victory is going to be overhauled ,their talking about giving it the 15 inch guns from Vanguard

I'd love to see you do a maneuverability build on other french cruisers, I do that on my Charles Martel and it works very well in keeping me from getting dev struck
Colbert (C 611) was an anti-air cruiser, later transformed into a missile cruiser, of the French Navy. She was the sixth ship (and second cruiser) of the French Navy to be named after Jean-Baptiste Colbert (the previous one was scuttled at Toulon in 1942). She served in the Navy from 1956 to 1991, before being converted into a museum ship at Bordeaux from 1993. Unfortunately, Colbert was scrapped in 2016.
T'es français, non ?!?... J'ai servi le COLBERT entre 1984 et 1986 et franchement, d'origine, c'est un bâtiment élégant mais complément "à la rue" en mer haute !!! La seule chose qu'il mérite, c'est sa double coque anti-torpille, le reste c'est de la merde....(désolé)

The shell arcs of this thing are just stupidly insane. You can lob that left middle island on Land of Fire as I gave a Mainz a cross-map HE shower.
Can't wait for this to hit the store or research. French ships are my favored.

With it's base range I wouldn't bother with beyond range and go for the fire chance buff

Nice! It is also possible to play with lemonier, he has perk decreasing concealment under engine boost yet having same caps as inspirations

Try the ship as a full agile build I've just watched derka and hipper play it so an agile build and your then able to dodge incoming shots with more speed and they both done well it. But as you said don't get hit in it. It should change legendary though as battleships won't sit back. With this and the mino they going to have to move. I know you do as your an aggressive player lol
Problem is. BB's aren't agile so you just enjoy the golden shower and there isn't much you can do unless by some miracle blessed by God's you remove this ship entirely. These light cruisers with BB range is the main reason why BB's choose to stay at max range.
I prefer the mino it's more dangerous I got 240k game in it 3200 xp great video as always Mr Spartan keep up the good work 😎

HE spammers are so braindead, it is ridiculous. I am an absolute potato and my lowest damage game on the Mainz was like 70k just from HE and fires. Actually the easiest play style i have ever seen
He meta and bb nerfs has ruined the game.

@@aaronpenhaligon6885 yep. Noticed the same. 3 hits from HE =12k. 5 hits from 18 inch = 1.2k.
If you can't beat them. Join them hence why I always keep my Azur Lane Nelson Conqueror on standby...Who needs rapid fire guns when you can send HE nukes hitting for 10k+ and 2-3 fires. But I agree. HE spam is for those little Timmy's who refuse to understand what AP is and pulls out mom's credit card.

I played 3 matches and had allready one with 4000BaseEP. I was one of the first front guys all the time..... So i think you missed a Point (or maybe a playstyle) on that ship ;) 👍

I’m world of warships they need to add more newer ships through the generation so then you can play with newer ships from this generation and ships from the 1900-40s

Literally any cruiser will rip a plane to shreds if you can dodge good enough, with other standouts being cali, friesland, texas, Cleveland and baltimore

I would like this ship only if it had toros and a smoke screen. Floaty shells are not my type.
I find it a little weird that the Colbert doesn't have radar while it is on of the most modern ships in the game and it have those big radar towers.
It would be too OP
If every ship in the game which historically had radar had it in game then no-one would ever play DDs.
Playing the game rn is just unfun, too many clauses players and so many broken ships especially this one . 32mm on light cruiser!! That’s something never happened even in pc . Good job WG
The 32mm is a bit of an overreaction due to it being flat everywhere it is almost impossible to angle effectively and more often than not anytime you take a hit it's blap city
