This moved to my top slot when I heard them do this. I'd never heard Metallica (thought it was a synomyn for loud) but I went and listened to them after hearing VoicePlay. I was surprised at the homage VP gave to Metallica, similarities - the opening instrumentals (voice here), the guitar solo (morphed into the violin - which gave Layne his nickname of VioLayne.
So glad to see you back with Voiceplay/Geoff! This was awesome and VioLayne was a treat! You haven't seen him do that since you reacted to Warriors about a year ago. These are the only two times we've seen him play violin (so far). Highly recommend their cover In My Room, but one of the best is I Can't Make You Love Me.
