    The world needs to hear this episode!!! I relate to so much James is saying. And I love the tip about sending a message to someone about something they might know about or have an interest in, such a non-threatening and casual approach. Keep up the good work guys!!

    "Do the opposite of what you think you want to do"
    Every day I go home from work wanting to do some Yoga and I end up watching videos or TV instead🤔 I will try this. Just repeat it until I do it.

      Yea and don't even think about "but do I want to do the opposite?".... Just go through the motions and do it 👍🏼
