Stir-fried winged beans

  • Hello there. This is my first video on UA-cam. And I decided to bring you a delicious and a very healthy recipe. Winged beans offer an abundance of essential nutrients, including protein, complex carbohydrates, B vitamins, calcium, iron and fiber. Not only the pods, even leaves, mature seeds and flowers are used for food dishes around the world. There are many ways to prepare winged beans dishes. I selected a simple recipe with winged beans pods.
    All you will need is :
    Two tomatoes or one large tomato
    One medium size onion
    15 - 20 pods of winged beans
    Oil
    Salt
    Soy sauce
    Chili flakes
    First wash your vegetables and chop them. Heat some oil in a pan and add tomatoes. Then add onions and stir. Add winged beans and salt after a minute. Mix all together for a minute and add soy sauce and chili flakes. Stir for 3 more minutes and turn off the heat. There you have your stir fried winged beans.
