Something also to take not of is the fact that you should first make sure your glutes are firing properly and are strong enough before isolating the hamstrings. If your glutes don’t fire properly your hamstrings have to take over when sprinting. You will tear or pull your hamstrings quite easily when you have weak glutes

What do you think of kettlebell swings to train the glutes? Isn't the range of motion similar to the glute bridge? Thanks

Rao Venu its glute dominant. So yes u could use on the first or second day to replace the glute bridge.

Parveen Sehrawat what i show on youtube is not all my secrets. But bits and pieces to gather interest. And give out free information that works. If your truly interested in getting fixed. Then u should do face time sessions with me and learn my 5 hip exercise testing system. If one of those is off then it is causing your knee pain. None of these exercises are up on youtube. Let me know and i can email u the info and pricing. Thanks again for your interest

As a high schooler. Your body isn’t strong enough to run a 4.3. There are grown NFL players that spent 4-5 years at major colleges that can’t run 4.3 and you are telling me this walk on who didn’t even leave those defenders in that highlight ran a 4.3 ? Lol
