Oxtail is one of my absolute favorites. I usually make it in a pressure cooker (without the veggies though, as I omit those for carnivore). Looks great!
It was so tender and had great flavor! I had not thought of using my pressure cooker with it. I will have to try! 😊

in the UK this is very expensive, ??? cheaper to just buy steak. Dunno not make sense
I know, right? It does not make sense with the prices. A lot of steaks are cheaper... hard to think of paying near ribeye steak price for oxtail. 🤷♀️
