One square foot works for tomatoes but you have to trim them. Give them an eighteen inch square or two foot square if you get a jungle every year like I do. 😊

I do something similar. I have a running 4' x 22' raised compost heap. I rake up a mound to fit under a 24" x 36" 2 by 4 frame with 1/4" hardware cloth on one side. I plant deer corn ($9 for 50 pounds) in the heap of compost and cover with the wire-covered frame & water in place. As the corn sprouts, I raise up the frame about an inch, resupporting the frame with compost, which lets the fresh greens poke through, while NOT letting the chickens scratch up the plot. As it plays out, I finally remove the frame to another location and replant giving me ongoing fresh greens for my ladies almost year round.

Purslane isnt a bad green/living mulch fornyour garden beds though. And it will stop all thebother weeds from growing in the empty spaces while provided the same benefits as mulch as well as aerating the soil.

Glad I watched this, have gradually been eating ketovore since Jan 24, and have a lot of these symptoms. Good to know, I can keep going with it. I cut out a lot of plant foods, which has helped. Some symptoms I had a very dry skin, an do some pimples that take a month to go away, but they do go away, fatigue but eating extra fat like a few tbsp ov yogurt of butter help, increased joint swelling time to time, also spasmodic colon in the middle of the night. I started to eat a little fruit in the morning, and some veggies like asparagus and cucumber. The watery fruits and vegetables. I stay away from any plant foods that might be too fibrous. Overall, k like ketovore, and the Simplicity

Transitions from Keto to Carnivore about 2 months now. Gave up tea and coffee 20 days ago. Im having srange symptoms. RL S at night and an itchy rash on my arm. Could that possibly be oxalate dumping.

It helps to have a little vodka in the airlock or even stronger alcohol. To kill germs and kill fruit flies from getting into the mixture inside the bottle. You can also store the jug under the cabinet, so it doesn’t have to be in a special room. It’s more convenient for making adjustments also.

I’ve been looking into the carnivore diet my husband has been telling me about it and he’s only willing to try it if I do it with him (he’s 28 & I’m 24) because I’m the one that cooks. Although I do feel like it’s gonna be harder for me because I stay home and need to also make separate meals for us and our 3 boys all under 6 years old 😮‍💨

I have been on a carnivore diet for the past two years, switching from vegan diet. Now suddenly have severe joint pain. I am going to start adding some low oxalate foods, like mustard and apple cider vinegar and see what happens. Also increase Mg, K and Ca too. Thanks for the information you have provided.

That's why I probably won't start Canivore. I have HIT and loads of allergies. Canivore is an expensive and one sided way to eat. But even more, if you have to struggle with what you even can eat just from the few things. Many take ground beef/patties in the mix, because it's cheeper. If you have HIT...you can't. Also you need to buy the meat always fresh, but again can only use meat, that you don't have to cook for very long. Same with eggs. Egg whites are not good for HIT. And how much eggs are most Canivore eating 😅 A lot use avocado or banana. Not so good. I'm also alllergic to avocado on top. Same with coffee. They say to drink coffee....yeah well. Then the supplements. I'm allergic to Vitamin C.... Or the thing with the salt. I have Neurodermitis and can't handle too much salt. Also, most of us have to work and you want to eat there too. What can you eat? The moment you heat up the meat, you're back at the problem. If you have HIT your everyday life sucks big time.

I am not a big seasoning person so I am rusty, in terms of spaghetti sauce, never had meatballs in spaghetti, I prefer diced ground chuck, though I will try one day. Thanks for the tips, tired of using packets of seasoning. I am a bland eater, especially with meats I do not require seasoning, except when it comes to spaghetti. I just need sweet basil and I am good to go.

First congratulations that’s awesome! Sometimes I think after losing a good deal of weight it takes your body a minute to adjust and catch up.

SUGGESTION: To make it even easier and less messy, melt the butter and pour it into the moulds. I'm going to try these tomorrow.
