Once in a workout video, the trainer said: Don't think "I have to do this", think "I get to do this". and that hit me way harder than random workout inspiration should 😆
When I was in school I had those except it's "The Game has Only just Begun" and it will trigger my adrenaline but when the adrenaline expires I'm braindead the whole day not recommending it for exams because it only works for a couple of test and you'll fail the next ones because you don't have enough energy to trigger it again
Can confirm, have used something similar for a few years. I think there is an overwhelm of expectations not being met that builds the bad mood, so taking a minute to ground and affirm is a big stress release. The world is what you make of it or in this case what you tell yourself about your experience of it. 💜

Hmmm.. it depends on the reason why you are doing what you do.. Trying to escape your emotions is not always the best idea.. but not always a bad idea.. Please be carefull, and if you really want to figure out what you do, you can try integrative psychology :) (i try to warn you because it can be really deleterious in long term if you flee from ur emotions for a bad reason (or you just think to something because you cannot escape it and you DECIDED it was not necessary to ruminate, Or you just prevent yourself to feel your bad emotions, and it might be dangerous .. only a psychologist could help you, and not a psychanalyst) ^^ Good Luck !
