  • A MUSIC VIDEO PREMIERE ON UA-cam: "Foggy, Foggy Dew", beautifully nuanced by Glen Campbell, is the ballad of a lamentful lover. The song has origins way back to the late 1600s, and was popularized by folksinger Burl Ives in the U.S. in the 1940s. Glen's recorded cover is on a yet-to-be digitized album, 'The Artistry of Glen Campbell' (Limited Collector's Edition, Double LP 1972) ~Dee, BringBackMyYesterday Channel on UA-cam.

Crazy how a song like this is considered naughty, with the lyrical standards these days, or lack thereof /:

Good song and you can't beat Glen Campbell but this is something like Burl Ives might sing.
