That's not a fix. It only postpones windows activation with 30 days. You can run this command only 3 times if I remember correctly. It doesn't solve anything.
No. You must activate your freshly installed os within 30 days wheter you turned off WU or not. As I said before this command only postpones the activation with 30 days (resets the 30 day trial). You can win only 120 days with this, no more. This is only a temp fix. You have a limited number of times you can do this. After you do this so many times it says that you have used max number of rearms and can not do it anymore. So how do you fix it after that?

Try running cmd in admin mode. (right click on cmd and select run as admin) and this will only remove the message only.
