even when i fix the ''slmgr -rearm'' error the message of ''windows not guenin'' still appear in the rebooting and the value in the register set back to ''0'' again . What to do ?

Then do the same on cmd

@MohammedSahl V.S I solved , try doing this: Use search bar at the bottom and type in "regedit". when that opens go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Services > sppsvc.
Then in that folder near the bottom there is one called "Start" right click on that and click "modify" make sure it is in "Hexadecimal" and change the "value data:" to "2".
After you have changed that restart your computer

Like your screen now, it has 1 thing on it, and when windows was giving free windows to test I had a bunch of stuff on the screen. I know I need/forced to w/10 but rearming is not working, and I'm ok at computers after all the hell after the builder of it finally decided after 12 years of friendship to block me here in Taiwan. Any problems, 1 call, he comes, but never gave me the boxes and I couldn't walk much after the accident, I picked what I wanted then he kept everything. Now I know better.

Just download Windows Loader from torrent, turn off you antivirus and use it. That is the only thing that worked for me after trying all this SLMGR things.

I didn't need to change the registry key from 0 to 1. It was already 1. When I type slmgr -rearm, it says exceeded maximum number of rearm attempts and that I must reinstall windows.

The rearming didn't do anything, and I've done it before, but now its got me locked out. I ordered Ultimate on ebay it worked for 45 days, then I told the guy, and I tried 3 people on ebay and none of them worked. On disability I can't afford to get windows 10, even here overseas, I have to pay everything myself, so I can only get trials or 60 days temp key to save for windows 10, I had it for free and couldn't understand it and went back, i should have studied it, but it was confusing, its a whole different thing, it shows pics when I don't want its like I couldn't control it. People say reformat, if I can't buy 10, how can I get a reformat, and still it worked 1 time and no reformatting was needed.

Hi, when i did write in cmd promp run as administration slmgr -rearm enter then did this error ( Error 0x80070422 occured in connecting to the local WMI provider. On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0x80070422' to display the error text. :-( in sistem writes the windows 10 is activated but still it appears that )windows license will expire soon) What should i do ?

Disable UAC (User Account Control)
Follow this video to disable UAC.

1. Right click on the file or directory.
2. Click on “Properties” on the right click menu.
3. Click on “Security” tab.
4. Click on “Advanced” button at the bottom.
5. In Advanced Security Dialog window, click on “Owner” tab.
6. Here you will be able to see current owner (i.e. Trusted Installer).
7. To take ownership of the object, click on the Edit button. Give permission to UAC. Then highlight the user name in the “Change owner to” box that you want to assign as the owner for the object. Click “OK” to finish the process.
8. Back in Advanced Security Settings window, you will see the current owner has changed to the user you just selected.
9. Click “OK” button to exit this window.
10. Click “OK” again to exit completely from the Properties window.
11. Repeat step 1 to 4 to open the object’s Properties window again.
12. Back in object’s Properties window, click on Edit button, and confirm the UAC elevation request.
13. Highlight the Administrators in the “Group or user names” box. If the user ID or group that you want to manage the permissions for the object doesn’t exist, click on “Add” button, and type in the user name or group name desired into the “Enter object names to select (Can use Everyone as user Name)” box, and finish off by clicking on “OK”.
14. In the Permissions for Administrators box below (or any other user name or group name you chose), click on “Full Control” under the “Allow” column to assign full access rights control permissions to Administrators group.
