A weapon with a Temporal warhead doesn't care about a unit's current hitpoints, just the Strength - i.e. the max health a unit or building can have.
Warhead Verses (which set how effective a weapon is against the 11 different Armors in the game), are ignored.
EDIT: lol, did not expect Temporal warheads to bypass Veteramcy and Crate bonuses xD
Edit2: I dbl-chked, and both Kirov and Slave Miner (deployed and undeployed) have 2000 Strength - the only other things with that Strength are the Tech Outpost, Alamo, Mayan Prism Pyramid and the garrisonable Concrete Bunkers.
The Bridge Repair Hut also has 2000 Strength, and a couple of invisible Lamp Posts 6000 (tho that's probably a typo since other lamps all have 600), but since they're all Immune that never comes into play anyways.
Only the Easter Island statues (Moai and Yuri) and Eiffel Tower, top that with 3000 Strength.
This means the Kirov and Slave Miners are the ultimate damage-sponges. For comparison, BattleFort and Disk have 600, Apoc 800, Mastermind 500 Strength.
Addendum: Chrono Legionnaire's regular weapon delivers 8 Damage, the IFV-weapon only 5... that means Chrono Legionnaires are best left on their own.
Addendum2: Armor Crate and Veterancy bonus STRONGER only *decrease* absorbed damage, they don't change the Strength stat - that's why in the outro Slave Miner and Kirov lasted the same time.
However, since Ares allows TechnoTypes to change upon promotion, modders can now make such weapons obey at least the Veterancy Armor bonus by changing the Strength...
Yes, but I don't think a Kirov can even be targeted normally, so it may win by that fact alone. Great video anyhow, laughing my butt off. :)
4:46 - That's SLANDER, I have NEVER stopped thinking about Kirovs!
Great. First we had the prism tower linking stuff.
And now...boomer by far.
And than "haven't tested them against the boomer yet"...brilliant. :P
Yeah, the less HP, the less time Legio took time to suck into his gun
7:23 I though kirov will fly up.....
Classical TG's video we all like!
Chrono Legionnaire's don't care about the veterancy or armor of the target, just if it is in range and how many of themselves are firing on it. Multiple legionnaires increase the speed of deleting things, though I don't know by how much.
Chrono gun noise: mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm *swoosh*
Well legendaries time depends only on the hp of the object to be removed regardless to armor or damage
Kirov for the win! Helium mix optimal!
it is like the saying that says
Monster in the sky and monster on earth THE'RE BOTH SUPERB
lol
You are history!
The boomer remains the Mary Sue of naval units.
I think you forgot about eagles, rockeeters and allied yuri.
Chrono legionnaire such a cool concept and design. Wonder where the similar design exist. Just point your gun at enemy, and enemy got completely evaporated from current timeline.
Wait, Legionnaires can be promoted by removing your own units?
Yes.
It's an engine bug.
Same with Squid.
An explanation Video about the Chrono Legionnaire will be very intresting. Why does he have this 2 "Fire Mods" 1 Shot, the Enemy is barely visible, 2. shot the Enemy is white?
Does the HP of the Enemy be the Reason why he tool so long and so one. The Chrono Legionnaire is the only Unit i dont fully understand. But i like to use them.
That first paragraph is manifestation of a rendering-bug. I think the game treats everything about the unit, including it flashing when setting it as target, as frozen for as long as its under the Temporal warhead effect.
Ah nice
interesting result 🤔🤔
How about nxt video u do the best units combination in the game .
Would there be a difference if the Chrono is in an IFV or battle fortress or with veteran or elite?
Since there's a change in weapons when riding in an IFV, it's possible.
Oh dear, Chrono Legionnaire's regular weapon delivers 8 Damage, the IFV-weapon only 5...
This only unit, If you compare with structure (Natual Structure or Unusual Structure include). Which Think is REAL Last longer
Wonder where will all them be teleported😂
Outside time and space. :P
Nice Chrono Legionnaire thumbnail, but man, why must militaristic combat armor art nowadays always need more ridges?
Edit: At least there are no Tron lines.
Wow, that was good. Any new campaigns you will walkthrough?
Not any plans yet!
@@tsiripas Oh, all right
I expected a draw. Different units have the same health quite often.
hmm so even elite unit teleport time still same
A weapon with a Temporal warhead doesn't care about a unit's current hitpoints, just the Strength - i.e. the max health a unit or building can have.
Warhead Verses (which set how effective a weapon is against the 11 different Armors in the game), are ignored.
Crate and Veterancy effects of extra/better Armor (which reduce damage inflicted on the unit) are also ignored because they don't affect a TechnoType's Strength stat in any way.
However, since Ares allows TechnoTypes to change upon promotion, modders can now make such weapons obey at least the Veterancy Armor bonus by changing the Strength...
Is there any structure that can outlast Kirov or Slave Miner?

Bruh you should have just fired a few salvos of missiles using the boomer to surface it lol.
Right!
Boomers take forever to die off. Just like real life!
And unfortunately for everyone else, they mess things up until their last possible moment x)
