Steven Tyler is an absolute legend. He is still singing like this in his 70s. Truly one of the best performers/voices of all time. The song Dream On is just amazing.
I remember when I was like, I don't know seven or eight years old my sister Teresa used to have the song playing at night, and I would scream at my mom to turn the hall light on because it used to scare me the song dead of my favorites now has been for years of theirs 😂😂💙
Steven Tyler is the epitome of a rock star. He's an absolute legend of rock and roll. This is from 8 or 9 years ago and Steven was 66 years old. Dude has Teflon vocal chords.
I have been in love with Steven Tyler for at least 30 years! He's also known as the "Demon of Screamin'". Aerosmith is definitely a rabbit hole you need to go down. You won't regret it!
Steven Tyler is everything we all wish we could be! I saw my first Aerosmith concert 35 years ago and hope to get to see them again one last time before they stop touring.
Steven Tyler was wearing that fashion decades ago. I saw Aerosmith in concert in the late 70’s and he was dressing that way. Aerosmith has many incredible songs that topped the charts. They also do a song with Run DMC - “Walk this Way”. Worthy of a reaction from you. His daughter Liv Tyler is an actress. She was the beautiful and stunning Arwen in the Lord of the Rings.
@@kd8199 I see your point, but I don't really like these genres mixed. It's terrible. The only band where it worked was Linkin Park in my opinion. But Linkin Park was another cup of tea..
@@tp7hero - Aerosmith Run DMC collaboration (two bands) was in 1987. Linkin Park formed as a single band in 1996. I see your point. However, at the time Aerosmith and Run DMC did their thing, no one else was doing it. It was not considered terrible by many people at the time.
Steven Tyler is the lead singer and co-founder of Aerosmith. One of the greatest rock bands of all times. Tyler with Joe Perry on guitar are known as the Toxic Twins and have been rock gods for over 50 years. Songs like Walk This Way, Janie’s Got a Gun, I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing, Sweet Emotion and Dream On have cemented them as true legends. You should react to everyone of these songs. And you should really check out Led Zeppelin.
One of the best songs in rock history. Yes, he did say 'Till your balls turn blue' as an funny ad-lib for Howard stern, it's not the original lyrics. Steven Tyler wrote this song when he was young and is the lead singer of Aerosmith, one of my favourite bands. Slash is a key member and lead guitarist of Guns 'n' Roses. You should really check out both bands music. I would recommend; Aerosmith - Amazing, Love in an Elevator & 'Don't Want to Miss a Thing' as your first steps into them. Guns 'n' Roses - Welcome to the Jungle, Sweet Child of Mine & November Rain. Happy listening 👍
Steven Tyler soaks this performance with emotion - including the breathy inhale you liked. He's a rock god, one of rock's greatest frontmen🎶 ❤ I enjoy your comments - you really absorb the meaning of the lyrics and are noticing the intricacies in the music.❤
I CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THE SONGS YOU HAVE REACTED TO AND JIMI HENDRIX IS NOT ONE????? "This man is a freak'in rock star," lol yeah, that's Steven Tyler! Welcome to the show... I'm glad somebody has been living under a rock, and I don't mean that in a disrespectful way, because I LOVE your reactions to all of these songs/videos.
I was teenager in 90's and my neighbourg girl had a Slash poster on her wall. In that Slash was in shower smoking cigarette and had a Jack Daniels bottle on his hand. That was the coolest thing I ever saw. GNR was my favourite band as teenager. And that love affair lasts for a lifetime.
This song was originally written on the piano. This is why the original guitar sounded so much like a piano part. The fact they took the piano music played it on a guitar was revolutionary.
Welcome to the amazing beautifulness that is Steven Tyler. He literally oozes music. He make random noises sound like music with just his mouth. He will be talking and just randomly start sing his sentence.
A stage of the icons I grew up with. I needed to see this today. Thank you. Also yes, check out more of Steven Tyler , his band Aerosmith, they have a huge catalog. They been rocking for 50+ years. Love your reacts.❤❤
Great reaction. Even more mind-blowing knowing that Steven Tyler, born 1948, was 67 years old at this performance and he's delivering this song as it was delivered back in 1973. Slash is of course the guitar legend that was in (and still are) Guns 'n' Roses. He also played with numerous other artists on their albums or live performances. One is of course the Pop legend Michael Jackson. Train is an American pop rock band from San Francisco which was formed in 1993 and they are tha band supporting Steven on this performance.
Steven Tyler is the lead singer for the band Aerosmith. Slash was the lead guitarist from Guns & Roses. Train is a band by itself. Glad that you enjoyed this. Steven Tyler is a legend, for certain. Slash is not far behind.
Steven Tyler is fantastical! I saw Aerosmith at the Texas Jam in Dallas in the 80"s. Dream On is what I call my "Dead Song." It will be played at my funeral.
BRITT, GIRL, YOU NEED TO GO DOWN THE Aerosmith rabbit hole!!!! THEIR HITS; Dream on, Walk this way, I don't want to miss as thing, Sweet emotion, and many others!!!! GO FOR IT GIRL!!!!!
IMO, Steven Tyler is the greatest American Rock singer and frontmen of all time. I am a 70’s teenager, and I have been to hundreds of Concerts. One of my regrets is not seeing Aerosmith. BTW, that’s just Steven’s style and I am also a fan of G&R!
I love how this was your first reaction to this song. It's an ancient song done by Steven back when he was in his prime, and I always spot the flaws in an older artists voice and missing elements from the peak performances of their youth, but you reminded me just how impressive the lyrics of this song and artistry of Steven are even so many years later. You should listen to their original vinyl release of the song just for comparison, you won't be disappointed. 🤘
Steven Tyler is a true music Icon. I don't use that title as easy as most people, there's very few scattered throughout music history. He's A living legend though. You should do more of his music.
In '73 I was a junior in High School and I drove to my friend's house to pick him up. I walked into his living where his whole family was watching this concert and to this day I still remember my friend's mother saying, "Jesus, even his sweat is sexy!".
This song is one of the most iconic rock songs that have ever been written song issue sung by one of the best singers that there has ever been. You need to dive into the many songs of the Great rock band Aerosmith.
Eminem sampled this for his song Sing For the Moment. Steven did his part live at Em’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction 😊 it was great. In my opinion Slash is the coolest dude ever born. 😂 Balls turn blue was an adlib
Slash belongs to Guns N Roses....hands down one of the top 3 rock bands of the 80s. I might as well recommend either "Sweet Child O'Mine, Paradise City", or hmmm "Mr. Brownstone.".
As you're watching this young lady, I'm taken back to 50 years ago when I heard this song for the first time. The arrangement is slightly different, but it still rips!
The gentelman singing is Steven Tyler from Arrowsmith, Slash i belive is on lead guitar and train is the name of a band, the band playing with Mr. Tyler.
So back story on this. It was Howard Stern's 60th birthday party. It was also Super Bowl Weekend. And all of this was. taking place in New York City. And you know may know Steven Tyler as the lead singer of Aerosmith
The song Dream On is nearly 60 years old. Steven Tyler wrote the song when he was 17 years old, and now he is 76 years old.

Steven Tyler is an absolute legend. He is still singing like this in his 70s. Truly one of the best performers/voices of all time. The song Dream On is just amazing.
Don't know what's more surpriseing , how hard this rocks even after 50 year or the fact he can still just throw it out there like a legend
that he's still alive is most surprising

At 63 I can say I grew up listening to Steven’s vocals with Aerosmith! My first Aerosmith album was Aerosmith Toys in the Attic!

Looks like someone is going to discover Guns `n Roses and Aerosmith in the near future....
I think November Rain would blow her mind. Slash's solo is still one of my favorites. It's so melodic.
Came here to say the same thing. I’m stunned she doesn’t know Steven Tyler. Worth finding out about.

Aerosmith had a bigger hit with Rick Derringer's song "Walk This Way" than Derringer did.
"Walk This Way" from Aerosmith is better without Run DMC.. My opinion! 🤷🏻♂️
